RoadBlock uses whats called a "default behavior" or "default action" when evaluating an email message to determine what to do if the message is neither determined to be unsolicted nor coming from an acceptable source. By using the message is "not OKAY", RoadBlock can catch the most subtle and cleverly "cloaked" Bulk Email.
